This pirk is designed to make a bit of a noise as you work it up and down to create a vibration to attract fish.

You'll need a section of 22mm or 25mm pipe.(In this case we've got a bit of wardrobe rail). Some pieces of lead or ball bearings, two 20mm 0r so split rings,a decent swivel,a treble hook of a size to suit, and a silicone gun with either silicone or mastic.

Take your lead pieces or ball bearings and put them into your pipe, making sure not to fill it so full that there is no room for them to move about.

Take your silicone and fill enough of the ends so that they will form a waterproof seal when you flatten them over.Take care not to put in too much incase they glue up your lead pieces.

Flatten over each end at 90 degrees to each other as with the plain pirks.Let the silicone set overnight before you drill the holes for the split rings.

Then simply connect up your split rings, swivel and treble to make a nice shiny rattly pirk.
